Tarrant Dance Studios

NB: The start date has this change. Sorry, I had this wrong. It is now correct below.

After many many years Deirdre has released her lease at 125 Cuba Street, and is downsizing her dance studio, to four days a week, being Wednesday to Saturday. So, sadly no more Monday adult classes. The only adult class will be a mixed level open class on Wednesday’s at 6.30pm - 8.00pm, taught by me. (Toni will be teaching some children’s classes).

This class will start on Wednesday 15 February and will held be in the large dance studio on level 5 of the Te Auaha campus on Dixon Street. Just down the mall and on the other side, to the old studio.

At this stage, prices will remain $15 cash per class, or $120 for a multiclass (12) card. These are paid via the teacher. Cash only

If you are after a second class, there are other classes around Wellington. Talk with other students or get in touch and we can try to source something that will suit you.

En Pointe

Kathiy is teaching at En Pointe on a Thursday evenings. To dance at En Pointe you need to enroll with the En Pointe office and pay for the full term in advance. Most terms are 8 or 9 weeks. Further information is on the En Pointe website. Kathiy’s classes are:

  • 5.45pm RAD Intermediate Foundation (teenage);

  • 6.45pm Adult Beginners;

  • 7.45pm Adult Pointe; and

  • 8.15pm Adult Open Plus (must meet En Pointe criteria to join this class).
